  • Loan sanction, approval, interest rates, insurance premiums, and other financial terms are at the sole discretion of the respective Bank/NBFC/Insurance provider.
  • We does not guarantee loan approval, insurance issuance, or disbursement timelines.
  1. Eligibility
  • Personal Loans are available only for salaried individuals who meet the eligibility criteria of the respective Bank/NBFC.
  • Business Loans are available only for proprietorships, partnerships, and private limited companies.
  • Doctor Loans are available only for MBBS/BDS qualified doctors.
  • Insurance products are available as per insurer’s underwriting guidelines.
  1. Fees & Charges
  • Processing fees, interest rates, insurance premiums, and stamp charges are applied as per the rules of the respective financial institution.
  • We does not collect any fees in cash or kind. All payments, if any, are to be made directly to the Bank/NBFC/Insurance provider.
  1. Communication Consent
  • By filling out forms, sending emails, or contacting, you agree to receive communication via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and Voice Calls related to our products and services.
  1. Data Privacy & Security
  • Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We ensures data protection through secure systems and monitoring tools, but shall not be liable for any unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We shall not be held responsible for:
    • Rejection of loan or insurance applications
    • Delay in processing/disbursement/policy issuance
    • Interest rates, charges, or penalties imposed by the respective Bank/NBFC/Insurance provider
  • Customers are advised to read all terms, conditions, and disclaimers provided by the financial institution before availing of any product.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction.

We reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and shall be effective immediately.
